Passengers travelling with checked baggage will need to drop of their baggage at the Rex Check-in Counter before proceeding to the boarding gate.
Passengers are required to present a valid form of photo identification to present with your boarding pass at the boarding gate.
Passengers with special requirements must check-in at the airport. Special requirements are required to be advised to Rex upon booking. These include:
Make sure you have a printer to print your boarding pass before you proceed to check in online. Please note, you do not need to print your boarding pass if you are using mobile check-in.

I have a valid form of photo identification that I will bring with me to the airport for presentation at the boarding gate.
I understand and accept that I should arrive at the check-in counter before check-in closes.
One small bags and one personal item, each not exceeding: depth 23cm (9in), height 34cm (13in), length 48cm (19in).
The total weight of carry-on baggage must not exceed 7kg for each passenger.
Web-checked Passengers who are unsure if their carry-on baggage exceeds cabin baggage limits should approach Rex staff to have baggage tested against the permitted size/weight BEFORE check-in closes to check in the bags which exceed carry-on restrictions if necessary. Web-checked passengers with baggage exceeding cabin limits will have their baggage offloaded. Baggage will only be uplifted on the next available flight and it would be the passenger’s responsibility to collect these bags from the airport when they arrive. Excess baggage fees will also be levied if offloaded baggage exceeds 15kg [23kg for Flex passengers or international connecting passengers].
