Adelaide - Terminal 1

Procedures at Adelaide Airport may have changed since you last travelled. This information was last updated on 14 December 2020.

From the first flight on 15 December 2020:

• Check- in will return to the Northern check-in area (Positions 0 and 1)
• All flights will depart from Gate 10
• Internal buggy transport is now available
• Arrivals will be collected from the aircraft by tarmac transfer bus and passengers will be delivered to the arrivals bay and exit at the Southern end of the terminal
• Unaccompanied Minors will be delivered to the Service desk next to carousel 4 in the arrivals hall. Receiving Adults are asked to meet there.

Brisbane - Domestic Terminal. Rex check-in is located in the common user check-in area behind the Jetstar bag drop counters.

Cairns - Terminal 2.

Melbourne (Tullamarine Airport) Terminal 4.

Perth - Terminal 2.

Sydney - Terminal 2

Townsville - Departures at Gate 5. Arrivals at Gate 10
